Biodanza Family

We’ll carry on this series of sessions with Initiation to the precious subject of Sacred Sexuality, and will be working with defining our boundaries, saying YES and saying NO, and learning about subtleties of non-verbal communication.

This weekend is a playful preparation dance for the beginning of another training cycle starting in April.

Within this workshop we will practise moving and dancing while maintaining our integrity, and will play with each other as we look for the place of ultimate integrity.

This workshop is about recognising various dynamics at play in communication and practising powerful ways of influencing life directly and lovingly by simple application of conscious energy transfer through use of Intention, words, sounds and body dynamics…

This evening is an introduction to this precious subject.
