This is the last evening session before our baby arrives :)) … We’ll take a break after that for a while :)))

Within this workshop we will practise to respond to life from a place of body/emotion awareness and to use our body to navigate through the sea of subtle signals we constantly receive from others. Using our body in this way is a Royal way to communicate. When we speak the language of the body we use words only as a secondary way of communicating.
