Dear friends,

You are warmly invited to come and join us for the powerful “Dances of Integrity” weekend workshop, Oslo, Norway.

This is the second of fifteen workshops of The Dragon Butterfly School teaching “The Art of Living From The Heart”.

Integrity is the backbone of our being. Strong integrity equals powerful living.

Within this workshop we will practise moving and dancing while maintaining our integrity, and will play with each other as we look for the place of ultimate integrity.

Through dance and movement we will explore our hearts in motion, and will root in our ability to stay true to ourselves and our core as we love one another.

With this in mind we look forward to seeing you there and dancing with you again :))
