This special workshop will be in honour of our ancestors and their love for us.
We are their children and Grand grandchildren…Thanks to them making love!…Let’s celebrate being Alive !!!
Deeply moving and beautiful connections with our ancestors will guide us on our journey into fulness of Being. We will sing and dance our joy, while honouring our
lineage through times past… We are One! We are Spirit in body!!

Within this workshop we will practise responding to life from a place of body/emotion awareness and will use our body to navigate through the sea of subtle signals we
constantly receive from life.
