Our first workshop in Bergen… An absolute must come 
Taken by the spring energy we will dance, embody, play with and express the Sacred five Elements.
Earth, Fire, Water, Air and Spirit.
They are all integral part of our nature and design. We are made of them, and by celebrating them through conscious connection with their divas we enhance our awareness, health and ability to embody down here on Gaia.
This weekend is a celebration of our true nature as Spirits incarnate.
Playful and powerful time we’ll share.
At the end of it you’ll feel energised, balanced and ready to embrace the rest of 2012!
