Communication lies at the core of being human, as to be alive requires expressing ourselves. Absolutely everything we are, or do, is constantly expressed or communicated.

When we focus on Communication as Transfer of Energy we gain wider perspective on life and can begin skillful manipulation of reality in a purest sense.

This workshop is about recognising various dynamics at play in communication and practising powerful ways of influencing life directly and lovingly by simple application of conscious energy transfer through use of Intention, words, sounds and body dynamics…

This is the second of fifteen workshops of The Dragon Butterfly School teaching “The Art of Living From The Heart”.

Integrity is the backbone of our being. Strong integrity equals powerful living.

Within this workshop we will practise moving and dancing while maintaining our integrity, and will play with each other as we look for the place of ultimate integrity.

Through dance and movement we will explore our hearts in motion, and will root in our ability to stay true to ourselves and our core as we love one another.

This weekend workshop is the first of 15 weekends teaching “The Art of living from the Heart”, and leading to a full professional qualification in Biodanza Heart in Motion. For more information and details of this training take a look at “school” page.

We dedicate this weekend to beautiful principals of life within the Heart, blossoming Spring and the powerful energy of Birth. Through dance and movement we put our hearts in motion, and root in our ability to love.

Even though it’s a school weekend, this workshop is open to everyone from 12am - 6pm on both days. Dance and move we will, and work on opening our hearts and embodying our spirit deeper and deeper.

For those of you that are already attending the school, or are interested to find out more about becoming teachers of the Biodanza Heart in Motion, timing is slightly different. We will meet at same place at 10am. Please be on time as we need to spend few hours talking about upcoming schooling, its material, subjects and theory.
