Biodanza Family

The original system of Biodanza has five lines of Vivencia and development within its design. However, thru observation of reality and application of my understanding of healing processes, I realised there is a missing in the teaching. Therefore inside Biodanza Heart in Motion I included one more crucial line of development.

The lines of Vivencia and development are; The line of Vitality, the line of Sexuality, the line of Creativity, the line of Affectivity, the line of Transcendence and the sixth line of Vivencia is the line of Integrity.

Vitality

is the first line. Within this line we work on strengthening and developing our vital force and physical health. Exercises here are designed to invigorate the system. To increase the amount of energy present in our bodies and minds. This is in a domain of our root chakra. By strengthening our system at the base, we provide a solid and strong grounding for our life to be built on top of it. We also use the energy generated to powerfully manifest our lives and dreams. This energy when increased will fill you and will define you. It is the energy we need to truly and fully fulfil ourselves.
Mastery of this line means a very long, happy and fulfilled life.

Sexuality

is a second line of Vivencia. Here we practise and learn how to embody sensual pleasure. We learn how to surrender to sweet input of sensual stimuli and how to allow it to move us from the inside out. By increasing our ability to feel the pleasure in our bodies, we increase our ability of self healing. To self heal, we need to be aware of subtle energies running through our system, we need to awaken our ability to sense with the body, so we can allow ourselves to be guided towards health by that inbuilt mechanism of recognising what feels good and what doesn’t.
Mastery of this line gives us tools to sense people around us and to communicate and surrender to our sexual identity. To become aware of our animal instincts, emotions and feelings and to trust our intuition. Needless to say our ability to feel pleasure puts our lovemaking capacity in a different league.

Creativity

is a third line of Vivencia. In this line we practise and increase our ability to surrender to the divine creative flow. We learn to let go of our limitations and we practise stepping into new shoes, new situations, new energies, we learn how to change direction with ease and how to become pliable. Exercises here ask us to use our creative power, our ability to create.
Mastery of this line brings mastery of creative force and therefore the mastery of life itself.

Affectivity

is a fourth line of Vivencia. This is the heart. Love and affection. This line lies at the core of Biodanza as it is all about love. Exercises within this line are designed to amplify and magnify our ability to demonstrate and embody love. It’s greatly important to practise our ability to be soft in emotion, to feel with our hearts and to learn to respond from the place of love. Here we practise and learn how to care for one another, how to love with open heart, how to forgive our past and how to make peace within our emotional body.
Mastery of this line is mastery of love embodied and a birth of Christ consciousness.

Transcendence

is a fifth and a last line of Vivencia. The line of transcendence is about trance and regression. Exercises in this line are designed so we can connect with our deepest levels, the ones far behind our logical thinking and our rational mind. Here we practise entering into trance like states for the purpose of healing old wounds, transforming and rewriting our DNA records. Within this line we aim to regress even before the “I” was borne. Before the pain, and before trauma set into our system. The power of this line is extreme in its efficiency to eradicate past trauma and in restoring a sense of self. It is here in transcendence that we enter the world of spirit and meet our true nature as spirit incarnate.
Mastery of this line brings quantum awareness, expanded consciousness and new awareness.

Integrity

is the sixth and a last line of vivencia. Integrity is the backbone of our Being. It is a binding element of our soul with our body. Strong integrity equals powerful living. A person of integrity is “solid” (earthed), and at the same time aligned with their highest truth (spirit), in body, in emotion, in mind and of course in spirit. Spirit is never out of integrity and therefore the line of Integrity is directly related to our spirit, our Cosmic connection and our embodiment down here on earth.
With the development of the line of Integrity we come closer and closer to our deepest core being. We become more and more Grand Creator alike. Exercises in this line are designed to connect us with our power of choice and our manifesting power.
Although we acquire integrity through regular practise of Biodanza, we acquire a lot more of it if we consciously work on it, and by recognising what actions bring us into integrity, and what actions take us out of integrity.
Mastery of this line brings the experience of ultimate personal power as a Creator.
